The shamanic center “Light from the Yurt – Shamanic Centre Vienna” has been open for 20 years to present and future spiritual matters.
Year after year, with the greatest sense of responsibility and clarity, we have reflected on what we want and what our purpose is.
We have carefully reconsidered the aim of our existence and have been mindful that our work is fully in harmony with the divine-spiritual nature that it relates to and serves the purpose of humankind
and the cosmos.
Contact zones with the Sacred
We have never departed from the conviction that one of our goals is the mastery of the human being over oneself.
This begins—and has always begun—with the training program “Spiritual Healing – Healing Shamanism.”
This mastery is the prerequisite for entering the spiritual world and for shamanic training.
Spiritual being
To recognize the spiritual world means to connect with all those who have worked and continue to work in service to humanity.
This requires the true Self, the free creative spirit.
Only this can transform the constructed self and balance inner upheavals.
It alone can bring forth true selflessness, dissolve self-serving limitations, and recognize and master egoistic programs.
Sacred maps
Only then can spiritual practices be brought into alignment with ancient traditions.
Only then do shamanic rituals become sacred acts that strengthen the connection with spiritual realities.
Ideas must become our ideals and be put into action.
Guidance
We are answered by helpful spirits only when we consistently walk the path; only then is the manifestation of the sacred and healing possible.
In order to walk this shamanic path, perception must remain awake, open, and conscious.
This requires determination, regardless of what fate may bring.
Relevant Temptations
Thousands of spiritual and shamanic offerings are available on the market.
In principle, this is not a bad thing. Yet we observe the following: There is a strong tendency toward effortless spiritual revelations that require no training, discipline, or willingness to make sacrifices.
Many of these offerings serve as substitutes for real life and are used to generate emotional highs.
This leads to a constructed spiritual self.
Spirit of the times
The spiritual path of training is not supposed to demand sacrifices or renunciation. One’s personal life path is not meant to be affected. Self-satisfied, self-serving, and self-censored motives distort higher truths until they become unrecognizable.
Portals of evil
At this point, other spiritual beings – rather than the heavenly spirits – begin to exert influence: those that reinforce egoism.
Today, many spiritual and shamanic seekers connect with these beings.
As a result, the work of the helpful beings is undermined and distorted.
The weakening of personal forces leads to an inability to fulfill the tasks of life and karma.
The goal of evil is that spiritual and shamanic work should serve its purposes.
How do we respond to this at the shamanic center „Light from the Yurt“?
We all have freedom of choice.
We require alignment with those beings who work at the primordial ground of the Divine.
We continue to follow the path that brings us into harmony with the creative forces, with being human, with nature,
and with the divine-spiritual world.
